While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, TxtPulsar makes no warranties about the continuous availability of the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

The materials and services on TxtPulsar's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. TxtPulsar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
05 Limitations of Liability
In no event shall TxtPulsar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services on TxtPulsar's platform, even if TxtPulsar or a TxtPulsar authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
06 Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
07 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
